Now in its 22nd series of the show, Escape to the Country has showcased a number of properties, towns and villages in our region over the years.
Between them the current collective members offer an exciting range of 2D art (watercolours and acrylics) glass, wood, textiles, photography and sculpture.Escape to the Country is travelling to Cornwall today as part of Series 22 of the show.įirst airing back in 2002, the show sees hopeful house buyers hunt for their dream home in the countryside, with the help of hosts who over the years have included Nicki Chapman, Aled Jones, Tim Vincent and Nicki Shields. Since opening in 2015, Made in Ross has continued to thrive and grow. The Courtyard work in partnership with Made In Ross to provide logistical and technical support. The unique work created by these artists is on display to view (and buy!) upstairs in the historic Ross-on-Wye Market House. Including potters, jewellers, photographers and painters. Made in Ross is a consortium of local arts and crafts producers living within 20 miles of the beautiful market town of Ross-on-Wye.
